Can I wait until the next class?

Yes but I don't recommend it. The class is only give 3-4 times a year so it's a risk to wait. Your anger will likely not improve on its own, in fact it will likely get worse.

Can I get started now?

What if I'm not good with technology?

Welcome to the club! Thankfully, all you need is Zoom and I provide simple instruction including a link to download it to your computer just in case you haven't done so already.
