Without good boundaries relationships are one-sided, unhealthy and frustrating.

Setting boundaries is hard unless you know the right strategy. Boundaries are about YOUR choices, not theirs.

Relationships

When relationships are healthy, they feed your soul. They add to your life, not make it worse.

All too often we ignore the healthy people and only to focus on the ones who contribute to our unhappiness.

Assess your relationships by identifying what's working (and what isn't) so you can set better boundaries and avoid abuse.

Module Six:

Behaviors

When you can identify codependent behaviors, you will know exactly what needs to change. No more guessing!

Together we will examine behaviors that get in the way of being happy. Luckily, you don't have to do this alone.

We will focus on people pleasing, control, over-functioning, enabling, dependency and more!

Module Seven: Inventory

Healing codependent patterns starts with being willing to look honestly at yourself.

This is a powerful exercise in healing fears, resentments and relationship patterns that are key to the healing process.

Examine dysfunctional patterns that may be keeping you stuck in relationships that don't work.

Making Amends

Making mistakes is part of growth but you may struggle with when and how to make amends.

In recovery, it's important to be accountable without beating yourself up.

As you begin to heal, you may not know how to create a lasting recovery. Having a plan makes it easier.
